Kundalini Workout™ was created to let people see no boundaries between doing a sport routine and practicing kundalini yoga. How to transform the body by mixing this old golden teachings with more contemporary exercises. Selected for this class, will be the kriyas that are mostly challenging. 30 min warm up + 30 min Kundalini. You will sweat, you will sculpt the body and feel strong, and among it, you will develop a higher awareness of self.
