In this classes my aim is to create a yoga experience that is overwhelming and transforming. I combine the power of sound, both in music and singing with sometimes poetry or reading. Sometimes bright breathing takes over. Somedays the Gong is invited with his waves to help opening the heart. This combination is a detox for the subconscious mind and a weekly elixir for the health of the body.
